Beurer MP62 and MP64 attachments, in Beurer's words

Per Beurer's manuals, the MP62 comes with 12 items (A-L) and the MP64 with 10 attachments (8-17). 6 of them are described by Beurer for ingrown nails or corns, and both manuals advise care with diabetes. Each attachment is listed in Beurer's words; this page gives no instructions for using them.

- MP62 US manual: consult a doctor first if unsure of suitability, with a serious illness, diabetes or thrombosis, or pain of unclear origin
- MP62 US manual: check results during treatment, 'particularly important for diabetics'
- MP62 US manual: private use only; not for medical or commercial purposes
- MP62 US manual: one person only, for hygiene
- MP62 US manual: use the device only with the accessories provided
- MP62 US manual: not during or right after bathing; do not remove all callused skin
- MP64 manual: check results during treatment, particularly with diabetes (lower sensitivity to pain)
- MP64 manual: domestic use only, not commercial
- MP64 manual: the device can create a considerable amount of heat on skin or nails
- MP64 manual, quoted as written: “The attachments 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, which are included, are generally suitable for diabetics as they are only intended for use over larger areas and not spot treatment. In contrast, attachments 6 to 10 are less suitable for diabetics.” The manual numbers its attachments 8-17 elsewhere, so which attachments its “1-5” and “6-10” mean is not stated; no attachment above is labelled suitable or unsuitable.
Acrylic, gel or artificial nails: the MP64 manual includes them, with a mask, gloves and glasses; the MP62 US manual does not address them.
Doctor advice, as the manuals give it: the MP62 US manual says to consult a doctor first if unsure of suitability, with a serious illness, diabetes or thrombosis, or pain of unclear origin; the MP64 English manual's diabetes caution ends “Always work very carefully.
